If you use the Get Help form, we receive the contact details and message you choose to provide, your consent, and whether you indicated an immediate safety concern. Partnership, volunteer, professional and giving forms collect the details shown on those forms.
Website forms send information over HTTPS and store it in the Beautiful You By M.K. database for authorised staff to respond. Please avoid sharing details that could put you at risk if another person can access your device or account.
How it is used
We use submitted information to respond to your request, consider an application or follow up about a partnership or giving interest. Help requests and private case notes are restricted to authorised administrators. Published photographs or stories should only appear with documented consent.
The site stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser. The homepage also loads fonts from Google Fonts. No advertising or analytics tracker is intentionally added to this site.
Your choices and questions
You can choose not to submit a form. To ask about information you have sent or request a correction or deletion, contact Beautifulyoubymk@gmail.com or call +1 (727) 741-0792. Do not send sensitive details through ordinary email or voicemail.
Beautiful You By M.K. should complete and publish its formal retention schedule and organisation-specific data protection contact details as these are confirmed.
